I was very impressed by the care I recieved from Mr Ellis during treatment for my knee problem. He has a good manner that put me immediately at ease. He explained everything about my injury in an easily understandable way so that I knew exactly what the problem was. He explained the treatment and discussed the likely outcomes. Very impressed with his profesionalism and treatment.

Me Ellis saw me as I have severe arthritis but n both knees and a torn minuscus in my left knee. Mr Ellis was very welcoming which put me at ease was very clear with what he was saying and gave me injections in both knees. I would highly recommend him he was very professional but very friendly

Mr Ellis operated on my left knee (partial knee replacement) back in 2017, due to arthritis, with fantastic results. Unfortunately, I now need surgery on my right knee due to similar problems and Mr Ellis was the surgeon I knew I wanted to carry out the procedure.
He is very friendly and approachable, a very good listener and explains things very clearly. Along with the help of the great staff team at KIMS, I have every confidence that the long term outcome of this operation (total knee replacement) will be just as good as the last.

Mr Ellis has very successfully treated my knee problems for the last twelve years. He has a very friendly demeanour which puts you at ease straight away. I have found that he always listens very carefully to what I have to say and I have always found his expert replies to be easily understandable. I have been extremely pleased with all work he has carried out on me, especially my left knee replacement in 2015 which has been trouble-free and only a few days ago pain relief for my right knee which is awaiting replacement on the NHS. If I could afford it, I would arrange for Mr Ellis to carry out my TKR privately. I thoroughly recommend Mr Ellis.

Mr Simon Ellis is one of the South East's leading knee surgeons. He has over 25 years’ experience as a consultant based in Kent.
